Loved it! 200hrs 🧘♀️ yoga teacher training course 🕉
I did my 200 YTTC and by the end of the course, this place felt like home. During that time, my yoga practice has greatly improved physically and spiritually. I want to thank all the teachers/Gurus as well as all the members of the academy 🥰💜💜They conduct 5 classes every day including yoga asanas , yoga philosophy & meditation. They practice with open hearts and kindness – making all of the students feel welcome The accommodation very comfortable and food are very delicious 😋.
The time spent here was invaluable
I took the 200 hour classic hatha training. 21 days june 2023! I was led to this place by a friend who had completed her 500 hour training here. I was more than lucky to be expertly guided by the gurus and teachers here. The rooms were clean ,the class ratios are low so there is more time and attention for everyone’s learning pace. The food was tasty and healthy especially if you are used to being vegetarian. The time spent here was invaluable. From the roof you can see the jungle and also the urban jungle in the distance of kathmandu. Amazing!!

I would recommend the Himalayan Yoga Academy to everyone. The first class care and detail to attention. Nothing was too much trouble for this son and mother duo. Anything you wanted to do was arranged for you to tailor-make your dream trip. It’s a very safe place to travel around as a woman on there own. The Yoga Gurus were bursting with knowledge and so happy to share. The sound bath massage was out of this world 🌎. I arrived having done a bit of yoga but left in a totally different place in my practice and meditation. I would love to go back and do my yoga teacher training. yoga in nepal Kiki United Kingdom
